Rustic Queensland Cottages are located on a sunny, grassy, private two-acre lot with woods at the back. Queensland Beach is a pleasant four minute stroll down Conrads Road, a quiet cottage road. It is a beautiful, safe, sandy, lifeguard supervised beach great for swimming, boogie boarding or just relaxing in the sun with a good book.

Cottage #1 is a large two bedroom with a queen size bed in each.  There is also a futon/sofa in the living-room which drops down into a double bed.

Cottage #2 is a one bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a converted sun porch with a single bed.

Cottage #3 (currently unavailable) is a one bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a converted sun porch with a single bed.  The living room has a double fold out futon (sofa).

All the cottages come fully equipped with:

Three piece bath (shower) – bath and beach towels, linen

Kitchenette – fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes

Barbeque on back deck

Fire pit at the back

Internet, Netflix, DVD player

- Three cottages are available from May 15 to October 15
- A minimum stay of one week; however shorter stays are sometimes available.
 
Cottage #1 - The larger two bedroom cottage rents for $1200/week plus 15% HST
Cottage #2 and #3 - The two smaller cottages rent for $950/week plus 15% HST
 
-E-transfers or cash
 
-At time of booking, a 50% deposit is required.
-The balance is due four weeks prior to arrival date.
 
- Cancellation must be made a minimum of four weeks prior to the arrival time for full refund of the deposit.

Items of note:

-No Pets
-No smoking allowed inside cottages
-Drinkable well water
-On a septic system - only small amounts of toilet paper put into toilets
-Raccoons in the area – do not approach, do not leave garbage out
-Deer in the area – be careful driving
